Nichols Center News:

FRIENDSGIVING was AMAZING! What an awesome time of fellowship we had! Thank you so much to all our supporters and volunteers that made FRIENDSGIVING a total success. We were able to meet with some great people of our community and have some meaningful conversations. We were also able to love on a few families in Recovery this Thanksgiving and that is the most wonderful feeling. So excited for next year already.

Its Beginning to look a lot like Christmas here at the Nichols Center!

Walking in the Parade.

Nichols Center: Friends and Families walked in the Miracle on Main Street Christmas Parade Friday December 3rd, and WON 1st place for our Growing Recovery Float built by volunteer Barrett. We are so grateful for everyone who came to walk with us and for the hard work of volunteers that make our organization possible.

We will also have handmade ornaments and other goodies available for purchase.

DID YOU KNOW Being around plants helps people concentrate better in the home and workplace. Studies show that tasks performed while under the calming influence of nature are performed better and with greater accuracy, yielding a higher quality result. Our living gift shop is one of the most special parts of the Nichols Center. Plant Nana, Susie Nichols works tirelessly to raise funds for our programs through the care and adoption of plants. Every donation made in the purchasing of a plant allows us to provide our programs and low or no cost to families. If you have not come by to visit Susie or her pet tortoise Margo please do. She would love to help you learn and grow plants in your home too!
