C3R is a community COLLABORATIVE Crisis Response Meeting targeting the Opioid Epidemic, Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders, and Suicide for Georgia counties. Our mission is to provide education, training, and connection for community members, service providers, law enforcement & first responders targeting Opioid misuse/overdose, Substance Abuse, Suicide Prevention and Mental health.
