C3R and OPEN bring people together to strengthen coordinated crisis response and opioid-prevention education. Through shared learning, community-resource connection, and meaningful collaboration, we can help individuals and families find support before a challenge becomes a crisis.

OPEN—the Opioid Prevention Educational Network—works to increase community awareness of prevention strategies, overdose-response resources, medication safety, behavioral-health support, and pathways to recovery. The work is rooted in the belief that prevention is strongest when families, schools, providers, workplaces, first responders, and community leaders all share in the work of connection and care.
