Kirk Nichols Remembrance Garden
6PM Candle Light Vigil - 6534 Spring Street

In 2021 dedicated the Kirk Nichols Remembrance Garden to families who have lost someone to substance use or mental illness. This annual observance provides a space for families to come together and remember their loved ones.

The center's approach aligns with the global theme of International Overdose Awareness Day, which aims to raise awareness about overdose, reduce the stigma surrounding drug-related deaths, and acknowledge the grief felt by families and friends.

By opening the Remembrance Garden, the Nichols Center creates a dedicated space for reflection and healing. Families are able to place custom engraved stones dedicated to their loved one.
