Cancellation Policy

Therapy Session: A QUIET & SAFE PLACE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL VIRTUAL SESSIONS. PLEASE TRY & SCHEDULE AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR A BETTER CHANCE OF AN APPOINTMENT (shorter than 48hrs may result in your appointment rescheduling). Showing up to a session over 10 minutes late may result in needing to reschedule a session. Client must be held in a private room from your home, work, or in nature (as long as it is a quiet, private, confidential, safe place). You will be asked to reschedule the session if you are driving while in session. *Therapy while driving is prohibited, nor in a space with other people, according to HIPAA requirements.
